Meet the founders

Around the Bodhi Tree was founded by Thuy and John with a simple mission: to provide hope and essentials to those in need, both near and far. From providing clothing and durable goods to orphaned youth in Vietnam to hand-delivering fresh food bags—complete with a sandwich, fruit, water, and a cookie—to our neighbors in downtown Austin once a month, Thuy and John are dedicated to making a tangible impact. For them, it’s about ensuring everyone, at home and abroad, feels seen and supported.
